Following the hugely successful John Gomm and John Wheatcroft masterclass in February I am proud to announce another fantastic masterclass for you. Jazz Fusion pioneer Tom Quayle and Rick Graham are teaming up to bring you another afternoon of first class guitar instruction.

Tom Quayle, who previously was the guest at the very first masterclass in March 2010 is returning to pick up where he left off and show you more about how you can further your playing. Tom is a graduate of Leeds College of Music and since then has gone to bigger and bigger things.

In 2008 Tom's career and recognition really started to flourish after gaining a place in the Guitar Idol 2008 live final, held at the London Guitar Show on the Main Stage of the Excel Centre. Since then Tom's career and fan base have gone from strength to strength with an ever growing Youtube presence and endorsements from Suhr Guitars, Toadworks USA pedals and Port City Amplifiers. Appearances at the Frankfurt Musikmesse and NAMM show in LA followed with Tom demoing products for Fibenare guitars, Suhr Guitars and Toadworks pedals. In 2009 Tom guested on Nashville bass player Adam Nitti's solo release Liminal along side amazing musicians such as Marcus Finnie, Marco Sfogli, Shane Theriot and Alex Argento. Since, Tom has become a highly sought after session musician and teacher. He is currently working on his solo album, due for release later this year.

Rick Graham is a long term student of guitar. Having graduated from the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London Rick worked as a session musician in France, appearing on T.V. and radio numerous times and appearing at the London, Guitar show, Frankfurt MusicMesse and at the NAMM show in California USA. Rick now lives in the UK and has released an EP and Solo album and now teaches privately in the UK and via the online portal 'Lick Library'.

In the summer of 2010. Tom and Rick hosted a well attended 3 day workshop last year in the Yorkshire village of Saltaire and are planning more in the future in this country and in the USA. The were also part of the Suhr MEGA Jam - an online collaboration featuring some of the world's top players.

In this workshop Tom and Rick will be bringing their own brands of Jazz Fusion to the masses and an afternoon of the best guitar instruction around. This class is for ANYONE and you do not need to have good knowledge of jazz or even guitar to benefit from this class' content. For more information please contact me.

In addition this class is a non-profit event with all the proceeds after costs going to Cloth Cat in Leeds - a fantastic organisation which provides free or low cost music training to people on low incomes who would not normally be able to partake in such activities.
